1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused

  • In original packaging

  • In the same condition you received it

  • Proof of purchase required

Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival)

  • Clearance / Final sale items

  • Gift cards


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or not working:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Send clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification

4. Return Process

Step 1: Email us with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if applicable)

Step 2: We will send return instructions.
Do not send items back without approval.

Step 3: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about approval.


5. Refunds

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If your refund is delayed, please contact your bank or card provider first.


6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.


7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item is defective

  • We sent the wrong product


8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After that, processing may already have started.
